25 YEARS LEADING A CORPORATE
MARKETING DEPARTMENT
I have spent most of the last 25 years leading the corporate marketing department at Shea Apartment Communities. I was responsible for guiding the corporate development, integration and successful implementation of the sales and marketing strategy for the company’s multi-million dollar apartment portfolio, with a focus on the successful launch and lease-up of new development projects.
HANDS ON APPROACH
While focused on achieving sales targets and executing company goals, my team and I developed brand strategies and product launch plans for new apartment communities, each with their own unique brand story.
We defined the overall strategic vision and oversaw successful execution through cohesive plans focused on creative marketing tactics including brand strategy development, strategic marketing and management plans, web based interactive strategies, advertising and promotions campaigns and social media. We also assisted with software implementation, reputation management, PR and communications, signage and merchandising.
